TRI COUNTY PAVING, LLC WAS FOUNDED ON THREE PRINCIPLES:

With over 40 years of combined asphalt service experience in Redmond and Central Oregon, Jeff Curl and Dan McLean started Tri County Paving, LLC in January of 2010 with the goal of displaying its founding principles to customers on a daily basis.

Jeff Curl

Co-Owner

Jeff Curl began his career in the paving industry in 1986 working for his father who owned Bend Aggregate & Paving Co. From 1986 thru 1998 he worked on various prep and paving crews, estimated projects, and became operations manager before the company was sold to Knife River in 1998. At Knife River, Jeff continued to gain valuable experience by performing a variety of residential and commercial job duties including estimating, project, and division management.

Jeff is married to Dawn Curl and they have four daughters. They currently reside in Bend.

Dan McLean

Co-Owner

Dan McLean started his paving career working for RL Coats at Deschutes Redi-Mix in 1994. He learned how to operate various asphalt service equipment and worked on Coats’ ranch near Brothers, OR. In 1997, Dan went to work for Knife River and became Paving Foreman in 1999, being promoted to Paving Division Superintendent in 2006.

Dan is married to Kristine McLean and they have three daughters. Dan and Kristine also reside in Bend.
